My Grandma P.(P for paternal) made Rum Balls for Christmas, along with Divinity and Peanut Brittle. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what my favorite is. Though I do love Peanut Brittle, I'm just not skilled enough to make it!
For your drooling pleasure I give you Rum Balls!
Before:
After a roll in the powder:
In case you are wondering I use nothing but the best rum.
These arrrrrghreat! I'm just sorry you can't smell their aroma.

Damn! They look good!
Merry Christmas to you guys if I don't make it back by in the next couple of days!
I'm on my way ;)
OK I'm drooling.
I don't think I've ever tried a rum ball. But my Aunt Zelda (yep, real name), made divinity every year. :)
Karmyn had a rum cake over at her blog. I think I could get inebriated if we had a progressive party.
A little egg nog and whiskey over here.
Merry Christmas!!! I'd like to try one of those, but I'm already having fun with rumcake!!
My BIL did a stint as "Captain Morgan". Had to dress up in the pirate outfit and wear the fake facial hair. Totally looked like the guy on the bottle. Of course, he's a jerk. Whoa!
My mom always made rum cake. Yummy too.
I've eaten 2 cinnamon rolls, 2 chocolate chip waffles and some fruit to balance out the mix. And now, damn-it, I want some rum balls.
Merry Christmas sweetie!
I love love love Rum Balls!!! Yummy! I'm going to have to go find my Grandpa's recipe now. nummy!
