Lost Files part 2

Here is an old file and a new file comparison.

This is my oldest son in 2005, when he was 7. Feel free to laugh at what is on the TV screen. I did.

This is middle man, taken this month, age 6. He is totally my rocker boy!
Mouth has not shown interest yet in making the metal horns. I think it's an age thing.

Notes from the Road

Last week I went on a Road trip. Oh, how I love road trips. There is nothing quite like the open road. I took some mental notes to share...

~I upper body dance while I drive. No I will not demonstrate.

~I saw approximately 10 deer in a small square patch of land, not more than an acre, at dusk. That freaked me the fuck out. Need I remind you that I killed their cousin Vinny in Flagstaff?

~On my 6 hour drive to KS I saw more roadkill than I have seen my entire life!

~On my return trip the amount of roadkill was less, but I saw 3 dead deer, and a HUGE snake squashed in the middle of the road. *shudder*

~In just a 8 mile stretch of interstate where the speed limit is 70mph I had 8 cars pass me while I was going 75mph and all but ONE had their cell phone to their ear!!!!! That shit pisses me off!!! You know they were doing at least 79mph and just chatting away! Get a fucking hands-free ear piece you doh'tards!

~My road trip play list is the best EVER!!! It totally rocks. My upper body dancing proves that.

~I'm all about making good time. On my way there I only stopped for gas and Sonic. Even though I saw many things I wanted to take pictures of, I didn't take the time to stop and "small the roses."

~On my return trip I took the time. So much so that I even sat down at a Mexican restaurant that always has their parking lot full whenever I drive by. Yeah. I learned that those folks just don't know any better.

Lost Files

I was going through my archived photos and came across some photos that I had totally forgotten about!

These made me laugh out loud! I might have even snorted!
That is middle man when he was 18 months old, laughing and smiling right along with the bozo that was taking his photo!

Repurpose

Did you know that you can take a bunch of Capri Sun pouches and turn them into bags, backpacks, lunch bags and other stuff? That is called repurposing. Mouth's preschool collects them and turns them in to a company that turns them into new things. They give them a new life. I like this very much, so I have been collecting them all year and I've had my girlfriend save them for me too.

This morning I cut off the tops and have rinsed a sink full of flat Capri Sun pouches. That is a lot of damn pouches. I still have more that I need to cut and rinse. I think a sink full is enough for one day.
Care to guess how many pouches are in that sink?
